about

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can arrive as you are, without pressure to perform, explain everything perfectly, or move faster than your system is ready for. My work is rooted in curiosity, authentic connection, and helping clients make sense of themselves in a way that feels supportive, practical, and sustainable.

I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or caught in patterns that no longer feel workable. Many of the people I support are navigating ADHD, autism, learning differences, chronic stress, burnout, or the ongoing impact of trying to keep up in environments that do not always accommodate the way they are wired.

why

As a neurodivergent mom, I know how exhausting it can be to move through a world that often expects people to think, process, communicate, and cope in very specific ways. I also know how easy it is for overwhelmed to become the norm — and how often people learn to blame themselves for struggles that make sense in context.

That understanding shapes the way I work. I’m passionate about creating a counselling space that feels affirming, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that your experiences deserve to be understood with compassion rather than judgment. My hope is that therapy can be a place where you feel supported in making sense of your patterns, reconnecting with your strengths, and building a life that works better for you — not just one that looks manageable from the outside.
